A Maintenance / Coming Soon page shows the status of your websites home page, to inform your visitors that you are working on your website, updating or fixing problems. In this mode, your visitors are not able to see your site’s content, they will only see the maintenance information page. The ‘Maintenance mode’ allows you to display a user-friendly notice to your visitors instead of a broken site during the website maintenance.

When to use ‘Maintenance Mode’? There are situations when your website needs to be set in maintenance mode. When you’re making changes to your website it is best to enable ‘maintenance mode’, so you don’t leave your visitors with a bad impression. For example in the following cases it is recommended to switch to maintenance mode:

• Testing a new feature
• Implement changes to the design or content
• Doing website modifications
• Fixing a bug

After the maintenance process on your website is completed, deactivate the maintenance add-on and your website will automatically return to normal and your visitors can continue to browse your website again. The Maintenance Page add-on is optional and can be installed on any of our Realty2Go websites. The plugin has to be installed, configured and personalized to your requirements. You just have to activate and deactivate it when required.

Setting-Up and Configuration of the Maintenance add-on

The Maintenance page includes different sections. We can activate all or only part of the given sections. It depends what section you would like to show to your visitors in case that the Maintenance Page is activated.

• Main Section: includes your logo, contact details and some text as shown in the Life Demo
• Services Section: includes a description of your Services
• About Us Section: includes a description of your business activity with photos of your Agents
• Contact Section: includes a contact form, so your visitors are able to contact and leave you a message

To set-up and configure this add-on on your website, we ask you to provide the following:

• Logo image of your website
• Background image (1920 x 1080 px), jpg file format, optimized for web use
• Contact details: email address & telephone number, social media links if available
• The text to be shown to the website’s visitors
• Photos of your Agents to be used in the ‘About Us’ section
