The 'One-Time Payment' option is for Real Estate Agents who want to own the website after payment. After we receive your payment, we will start setting up and configuring the web server and your website so that you will be ready to add and manage your property listings and become the legitimate owner of the licensed website.

HOW TO PLACE THIS ORDER

Click the 'Add To Cart' button which will link you to your Personal Basket
2. Check if everything is ok in your basket, then click 'Proceed To Checkout'
3. Enter your Billing / Invoicing details, and select payment by Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal. When using PayPal payment you can pay with your Credit Card or with your PayPal account by following the instructions on the screen.
4. Check 'I have read and agree to the website 'Terms and Conditions' and click  'Proceed To PayPal' (in case you choose PayPal).
5. After we receive your payment we will send you an invoice together with the license number of your purchased website. After that, we will contact you to start setting up the web server, and domain name, configuring your website, emails, and more ...
6. Within 2 to 3 weeks your website should be ready and fully functional and the website is yours for life. We will email you the Agent and Admin login credentials, so you can log-in and add your first properties, pages, and blog posts. We will help you with the personalization of the menu bar, to add properties, pages, and blog posts.

No Interest & No Extra Charges!

With this purchase option, the customer can split the website purchase into six installment payments over a period of six (6) months. The amount of monthly payments is fixed during the entire period of the six months, with no interest and no extra charges. Until full payment, the website will be hosted on our servers, and the Agent will receive Agent login credentials to manage his properties. Once the 'Six Months Payment Plan' has been completed and paid for, the purchaser will receive admin rights to the website and become the legitimate owner of the licensed website.

8. With the 6th and last payment, we will email your website license and admin login credentials and the website is yours for life.

Important Notes

• The first payment is due on the purchase date. After the initial payment, the next payments are due every 30 days, and that for six (6) consecutive months. Terms & Conditions apply.
• Once the 'Six Months Payment Plan' has been completed, you become the legitimate owner of the licensed website.

VAT-TAX ON  YOUR ORDER

All prices on this website are in EUR (€) and do not include value-added tax (VAT). VAT tax will be charged to customers from the EU member states at the tax rate applicable to the country of their residence:

• Private customers residing in the European Union
• EU-based companies which do not have an EU VAT- ID Number
• All Spanish individuals and businesses
