Add / Edit / Delete a Property – [BACKEND] TERA

In this example, we are using the backend to manage your property listings. First, log-in to your Dashboard / Home Panel with your credentials (username and password) as provided. When logged in, hover your mouse over ‘Properties‘ then click ‘Add New‘ as shown in this screenshot.

The following page will show up. Enter your property details and when you have completely finished with the description of the property click the PUBLISH / UPDATE button. If you are not publishing (saving) your new property, you will lose your work.

Continue with the ‘Property Details’ as shown in this screenshot.

TOP BANNER

The top banner is the banner shown in the screenshot below. You can add for each property a separate top banner or leave the one which has been setup with the website settings. If you are not replacing it, it will show the same on all property pages.

This is the Top Banner showing to your website visitors on your property details pages.

HOME PAGE SLIDER

The home page slider is the slider on the home page which will show your featured properties, a blog post or other information. Normally the Estate Agent will use this slider to feature properties. In our default setup instead of the slider, we have added a background image with the search field. This setting may be the better solution, but it can be changed at any time to show the slider instead. View an example of the slider.
