Log-in to the Dashboard / Home Panel and hover your mouse over ‘Properties‘ then click ‘Add New Property‘ as shown in this screenshot.
The following page will show up. Enter your property details and when finished click the PUBLISH / UPDATE button.
Enter a good title for your property. Example “Luxury Villa with Pool in Marbella”
The Visual Content Editor allows you to easily create, edit and format your property content, similar to that of a word processor.
This panel is the main area where to set-up all property extra information and setting tabs that we are explaining here.
Click “General Information” in the Property details Panel (shown below) to add all data like the sale or rental price, area sizes, number of beds, baths, swimming pool, etc.
Information about available fields of the Property Details Panel
Locate the Map tab (1) in the Property Details Panel to add the property location. There is an option to show or hide the map on your property listing page (2). If you want to show the map, enter the city in the field provided (3), and the red marker will show the location of the property on the map (4). You can drag the red map marker to point the exact property location.
Select if you want to display this property ‘Featured’, or not.
NOTE: Before uploading the property photos use optimization tools to resize and compress your photos so that each photo will not be larger than 200k. Large photos make your property listing page loading slow!
Add your property photos to this gallery. Photos have to be of a minimum size of 1170 x 738 px, ’jpg’ image file. After photos are uploaded they can be moved by drag and drop, to show in a preferred order in your photo gallery.
To add your photos, click ‘Add Media’. Please remember that after any changes you have to save your work by clicking the ‘Publish’ button
If you have a property video you can add it to show with the property description page.
Click the 360° Virtual Tour tab in the Property Details Panel. The virtual tour functionality works fine with embed code provided by services as matterport.com
The homepage slideshow can only be used if this is selected in the “Page Header Options”
Here you can upload important property-related documents: rental contract, Floor Plan, a scanned page of the Energy Performance Certificate, etc. The attached documents have to be Adobe pdf or jpg image file format.
Enter the contact details of the owner, price agreement, etc. This note will not show to the public.
Additional InfoAdditional details allow you to add unlimited additional features/details to your property.
Now we will continue with the required property details, by using the sidebar tools, the right side of the page. There is nothing to explain here, just tick the right boxes.
We have already mentioned this above within the Photo Gallery. This is the most important photo of the property, while it shows in search results on your website, featured and latest properties. Additionally, you have to add this photo to the Photo Gallery.
If you have a property and want that this property will not show anymore online after a date and time, you can use the Property Expirator. Select the date and time to make the property expire at a predefined date and time.
When you finished and have all the details added to your new property DO NOT FORGET to save your work, by clicking PUBLISH / UPDATE button. Now your property has been saved and you can see it online on your website.
To see your property online, click “View Property” .
To edit your property you have to login to the Dashboard / Home Panel. Editing /Updating can be done in two ways: from the backend and frontend of the website.
Click “Properties” as shown in the screenshot below (1). Now you will see all your properties. Now to edit your property you have to hover over the property you want to edit (2). Click the “Edit” text link to edit your property. You can also search for your property by adding the title of the property in the search field and click Search Property. After you click “Edit” all property details will show up and you can edit any of these details. Do not forget the Save / Publish your work when finished editing.
From the small menu below you can EDIT, TRASH and VIEW your property. If you trash a property, it will be removed from the property list here and will not show online, but it is not deleted, you can restore it at any time.
After you have finished editing, publish it and view it online by clicking “View Property” as shown in the screenshot below.
Please note that for any changes you intend to do on your website, you have to be logged in. What is the front-end? The front-end is what your visitors see when they go to yoursite.com. To edit your property from the front-end you have to log-in. Go to the property you wish to edite on the front-end and when on the description page of that property, at the top bar (screenshot below), there is a text link “Edit Property”.Click this linkt and you will be shown with all that property details. Edit what you want to edit, and publish it.
If you finished and published your edited property, on the same page at the top of that page you will see that “Edit Property” has changed to “View Property”. Click it and you will see your updated property.
As mentioned previously, you can trash a property, if you think that you may want to use it at a later time. If you have decided to definitely delete a property, then please follow the next few steps.
Now in the next step, you will see that the property has been trashed. There are two options: restore it or permanently delete it, as shown in the screenshot below.
If you click Delete Permanently, the property is gone forever, and when you click Restore, the property will show up again in the property list, together with all other properties.is website, there is another possibility to add/edit/delete/view your properties – all from the front-end. We will describe this under FRONTEND ADD / EDIT / DELETE / VIEW PROPERTY
