MEDIA ORGANIZER

The Media Organizer helps the Estate Agent to organize and manage media files (photos, videos and other property-related documents). You can create main folders for cities and subfolders were to add photos of your properties. To recognize which subfolder is for what property you can label the folder or subfolder with the property title, reference number, etc.  When you create your property listings you can upload the photos directly into the created folder or subfolder, just for this particular property so everything will be kept organized. That’s what the Media Organizer will do, organize and manage your media files.

A quick overview of organizing your Real Estate photos and documents with the Media Organizer:

CREATE FOLDERS AND SUBFOLDERS FOR YOUR LISTINGS
If you cover different cities set a folder for each city. Then create subfolders for each new listing. Subfolders can also be created for contracts, contact details of the owner, marketing ideas, etc. When listing a new property, upload the property photos directly into the folder or subfolder you have already created for that property.

LABEL YOUR FOLDER AND SUBFOLDERS FOR EFFICIENCY
Label the subfolder with the name of the new listing, or use the reference number as a label for the new listing. When uploading your property photos, you can upload them directly into your created folder or subfolder. Photos or documents can also be moved from one to another folder or subfolder.

A search field is available and allows you to do a quick search to find your property listing with photos and documents.
