Have questions about Realty2go Websites? You're in the right place!
In this Starter Guide, we will give you a quick overview of how to access your website login, to add and manage property listings, pages and blog posts on your Realty2Go Real Estate website. A Realty2Go website consists of two areas: Frontend and Backend.
The Frontend is what your website visitors will see when they come to your website. Many of the tasks performed on the backend will be visible on the frontend. There are also actions that can be performed directly from the frontend of the website (Mega & Tera websites), including uploading property listings and social sharing.
The Backend also known as the Dashboard or ‘Home Panel’ for Realty2Go websites, allows you to fully manage your site’s content, functionality and design. The backend is accessible only by users who have an account on your site, normally the Estate Agent and the Administrator or Webmaster of the website. If you have ordered the Translation add-on then there will be also a separate account with login details for your Professional Translator.
Some of our Realty2Go websites offer the possibility to manage your properties via Backend and Frontend (Mega & Tera websites), while on the Giga & Nano websites you can manage your properties via Backend only. Please note that to manage your properties via the Frontend, fewer features are available comparing to the Backend. We recommend Backend to manage your properties or a combination of both. For normal property updates, Frontend management may be the easy way.
WHERE DO I LOG-IN?
Visit the login page of your website by using the provided link. Usually, this is set as to www.yourwebsite.com/xxxxxx. To log in, you will need your username and password. Please note that we will provide login details for the Estate Agent and as well for the Administrator of the website. The Agent login does not permit to do settings and configurations of the website. This avoids that the non-technical Estate Agent is touching website settings which could result in a break of the website. The other login will be offered to the Administrator of the website, where all features, settings, and configurations are available.

After successfully log-in, you should then be redirected to your Dashboard / Home Panel, which is where all settings for your website will be managed. The Administrator panel is shown below. For the Estate Agent, this panel looks slightly different with less content.
The Home Panel / Dashboard
The Home Panel / Dashboard is the centre of the website administration. It consists of three main parts left side menu, top toolbar, and middle section. The left-hand column of your Home Panel / Dashboard is where you will find all of the administration options.

A Coming Soon page shows the status of your websites home page, to inform your visitors that you are working on your website, updating or fixing problems. Until you have finished uploading property listings, pages and blog content, it is a good practice to show your website in “Coming Soon / Maintenance” mode, so that visitors will know that you are working on it and your site’s content will be online soon. In this mode, your visitors are not able to see your site’s content, they will only see the maintenance information page. The ‘Coming Soon / Maintenance mode’ allows you to display a user-friendly notice to your visitors.
With all of our Realty2Go websites, we offer two add-on versions of Coming Soon / Maintenance page. The basic version is based on showing a single Comming Soon page. This version is free of charge and will be activated on request. The paid version has several pages, which also shows the services you are providing, Agent Team, About Us, Contact page, etc. For more details please visit the ‘Website Application Add-On’ section.
The menu with the brown buttons (middle section) to be used by the Estate Agent to quickly navigate between adding/editing properties, pages, blog posts, etc. Also, the navigation text links from the left side menu could be used for managing and do settings on your website (refer to the screenshot above). Each website will show a different left-side menu.
ADDING CONTENT
A visually appealing website is a great start, but it won’t take you far unless you add your property listings, pages, and blog posts. With Realty2Go websites this is a simple process. As we have mentioned previously with some of the Realty2Go websites, you can add/edit / delete property listings from the Backend and Frontend (Mega & Tera), while on other Realty2Go websites (Giga & Nano) you can only add property listings from the Home Panel at the Backend. Pages and Real Estate Blog post to be added from the backends Home Panel. How to add property listings, pages, and blog posts will be explained in another place in our Knowledgebase.
PROPERTY LISTINGS
To add/edit property listings click the “PROPERTIES” button from the Home Panel or ‘Properties’ from the left sidebar. You will already see a few demo properties added.
